| Proposed Analysis: | Our research group in DZNE Bonn (national research institution for neurodegenerative disease) aims to analyse hypothalamic alterations in various neurodegenerative disease, including patients with M. Alzheimer. For our specific analyse, our group has created a deep-learning algorithm, segmenting the hypothalamus into more than 20 segments, using 3T MRI imaging data. We aim to analyse patients affected by Morbus Alzheimer and compare hypothalamic alterations with healthy controls. |
