Proposed Analysis:	Study of the link between tauopathy and atrophy of the subcortical nuclei and their sub-regions (amygdala and amygdalar nuclei / hippocampus and hippocampal subfields). 1) Study of the tau / atrophy relationship using ADNI3 data, in particular pet-tau and 3dt1 MRI. 2) Study of the tau/atrophy relationship and the contribution of TDP-43 using neuropathological data from ADNI and 3dt1 MRI of subjects who donated their brains (antemortem study). The data will be processed in freesurfer 7 to extract the volume of the sub-structures of the sub-cortical nuclei.
