Proposed Analysis:	We plan to utilize magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) to assess the structural and functional connectivity of eight structures within the Ascending Reticular Activating System (ARAS). Additionally, AV45-PET/CT imaging can be used to evaluate the individual amyloid-beta (Aβ) burden. The connectivity patterns within the ARAS can be examined in relation to cognitive assessments and individual Aβ load.
