| Proposed Analysis: | The main aim of my PhD project will be to assess how to expand machine learning based methods for relevant features and pathways identification to the NGS scenario. In particular I plan to use SNPs NGS data concerning all the groups of subjects. The steps of this project are the following: 1. learn how to preprocess NGS data 2. investigate the exportability of in–house algorithms to the NGS scenario 3. use such knowledge for the identification of significant SNPs for the discrimination between different groups of subjects. |
