Proposed Analysis: Title: Relationship of amyloid uptake spectrum measured by florbetapir PET and clinical outcome in MCI Purpose: We often encountered mild florbetapir uptake which is higher than that of cerebellar cortex, but lower than white matter uptake("moderate uptake pattern" in MCI patients. Traditionally, this pattern is considered negative study. However, validation of such a pattern using clinical outcome of MCI patients are needed. If patient have moderate amyloid uptake patterns are converted to AD in short time, it has a significant prognostic value. Method: 1)Select "moderate uptake pattern" florbetapir PET of MCI patients by visual analysis in ADNIdata 2) Find out clinical outcome(MCI, Conversion to AD) 3) Correlation anlysis using spearman's R Hypothesis: Time to cerversion to AD is shorter in patients with moderate amyloid uptake pattern
