| Proposed Analysis: | We are interested in integrating multiple layers of data to better understand the genetic and molecular functions of cognitive aging and alzheimer's disease. Types of data here include genomic, transcriptome, proteomic, neuroimaging, and clinical outcomes and some of these data comes from sources outside ADNI. Analysis will include constructing bayesian networks and creating models of disease progression. We hope that this study may inform new insight toward cognitive aging using big data and develop early diagnosis of alzheimer's disease. |
