| Proposed Analysis: | I am an undergraduate researcher from Machine Intelligence Lab in Department of Brain & Cognitive Engineering of Korea University. The lab’s primary interest is brain disorder diagnosis or prognosis, machine learning and deep learning, and non-invasive Brain-Computer Interface. My advisor is Professor Suk Heung Il, who is the lead of Machine Intelligence Lab. His interest includes “Subspace Regularized Sparse Model for AD Diagnosis”, “Functional Dynamics Modelling in Resting-State fMRI”, and many others. I am interested in using machine learning methods to analyze various data collected from AD patient. Specifically, but not limited to, I aim to find an algorithm to detect early identification of AD. In doing so, I will be using MRI images provided to me by ADNI. |
