| Proposed Analysis: | In this analysis, we would like to test the genetic epidemiology of traumatic brain injury and Alzheimers Disease after considering whether genetic factors modify the effects of TBI on AD, or whether there are novel confounding effects that can be uncovered. In order to do that, we shall analyse phenotypic data and then use PLINK to identify specific genes and if possible, attempt to construct polygenic risk scores for TBI associated AD. |
