| Proposed Analysis: | In our lab, we have identified a few novel CSF markers that might be useful for monitoring AD severity/progression correlation. We want to validate our findings in ADNI samples collected cross-sectionally as well as longitudinally. We wish to request the biomarker samples of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) collected by the Alzheimer’s Disease Neuroimaging Initiative. Now, we wish to apply for the data about the actual number of cross-sectional and longitudinal CSF samples of AD, MCI and healthy controls in the current database of ADNI CSF samples we can apply for. |
