| Proposed Analysis: | My project involves the development of analysis methods for biomarker extractions and analysis from clinical, imaging, and genetic information. In particular, I will investigate novel approaches for the temporal modeling of neurodegeneration, and for finding meaningful associations with respect to genetic traits. My focus will be in machine learning and spatio-temporal analysis of brain images, especially in 1) quantification of longitudinal brain changes and joint analysis of multiple imaging modalities (biomarker development), and 2) imaging-genetics for better understanding of pathological mechanisms and differential diagnosis. |
