| Proposed Analysis: | I am a 5th year PhD candidate in biomedical signal processing. My research involves using methods from spectral graph theory to enhance analysis pipelines of both functional and structural MRI data. In a current project, I am exploring the potential of exploiting spectral graph features for the classification and characterization of morphological changes in brain anatomy in health and in disease. To this aim, the ADNI AD dataset is very well suited for testing the methodologies we are developing. In particular, classification of AD/MCI/NC will be considered as well as longitudinal characterization of AD progression. |
