| Proposed Analysis: | Alzheimer disease is significantly linked to amyloid-beta and tau pathology. With the aid of 18F-florbetapir and 11C-PiB PET we could obtain four combinations of each subtype of AD patients(Aβ+，Aβ-，lower level and higher level of tau). We want to investigate the possible correlation of these four combinations of different AD groups and normal control with cognitive function, biomarkers,cortex parameters and major cortical association networks connectivity. |
