| Proposed Analysis: | We continue to conduct our analysis to discover genetic subtypes of older adults who are liable for depression and cognitive decline. In particular, we aim to discover genetic characteristics differentiating subgroups patients diagnosed with major depressive disorder that show unique cognitive phenotypes. Dr. Hauschild, our former post-doctoral fellow, will continue to extend subtype discovery and prediction using a combination of functional genomic information and statistical learning strategies. |
