| Proposed Analysis: | We will use the data set to develop methods that can 1)predict AD status or 2)identify critical genetic variants with the correction of population stratification. Currently, we have conducted relevant studies on identifying critical genetic variants (i.e. GWAS) with several other different data sets and achieved some success. We are looking forward to enlarging our data sets for more informative studies. More importantly, classification with the consideration of demographics is largely under-studied. We are looking forward to developing relevant methods based on our current stage to help further improve the classification accuracy. |
