| Proposed Analysis: | This project aims at developing a model that links decline in cognition to decline in function, and to study the impact of patient characteristics on both of these declines. For example, to understand the relationship between the APOε4 gene statuses, i.e., the possible difference between carriers (homo- and heterozygotes) and non-carriers of the APOε4 gene, and decline in cognition and function would be of interest. Other characteristics such as demographics and biomarkers will be studied analogously. |
