| Proposed Analysis: | We plan to apply data-mining and radiomics to extract thousands of volumetrical, morphological and textural biomarkers from lightly segmented ADNI MRI scans in order to identify conversion from MCI patients to AD patients. Besides improving classification accuracy, identification of reproductible textural biomarkers in the brain is part of our goal. |
