| Proposed Analysis: | We have been working on the analysis of Framingham Heart Study. More than two dozen of genetic variants have been identified to associate with MRI image biomarkers and cognitive functions. We would like to validate our findings in ADNI dataset, which contains a comprehensive collection of clinical information as well as genetic/image data. We have also identified multiple gene expression and DNA methylation profiles from Framingham Heart Study. It would be interesting to see how these profiles could be linked with whole genome sequencing data in ADNI. |
