| Proposed Analysis: | Wei will be performing automated segmentation of the medial temporal lobe using ASHS and FreeSurfer 6.3. He will use an ASHS protocol developed in my lab that segments the entorhinal cortex into anterolateral and posteromedial segments. He will use T1 and T2 data collected in ADNI 3. He will also use some neuropsychological measure like the MoCA. |
