Proposed Analysis:	We'd like to use structural T1-weighted MRIs,rsfMRI, PET data and CSF based biomarkers to find regional association of amyloid-beta and tau deposition in AD. Moreover, we'd like to relate the ROI-specific brain pathologies to cognitive performance in AD subgroups ( EMCI, LMCI ) and assess which neuroimaging-based marker is associated with rescuing cognitive decline. In the long term, we'd like to use the gained knowledge for brain stimulation analysis.
