| Proposed Analysis: | I would like to access the ADNI multi-plex CSF data as well as any concordant MRI (DTI/ASL) and/or neuropsychological test data. My overall aim is to evaluate the association between CSF VEGF, brain structure (WMSA: white matter signal abnormalities) and cerebral blood flow (CBF as quantified using ASL data). Additional analyses will evaluate whether VEGF mediates the expected association between CBF/WMSA and neuropsychological test performance. The purpose of these analyses is to provide preliminary data for an upcoming NIH career development award in which I hope to expand this line of study in an independent project. |
