Proposed Analysis: Recent literature offers promise that subtle brain changes can be detected during prodromal Alzheimer's disease stages. In response to the need of identifying Alzheimer's disease biomarkers that are evident before the onset of clinical symptoms and which have sensitivity and specificity on an individual patient basis, we would like to analyse MRI images and compare scans from patients with MCI that converted to AD versus non-converted patients. In addition we would like to evaluate the predictive value of combinations of imaging scans and plasma biomarkers.
