| Proposed Analysis: | We want to reanalize GWAS data using a new pathway analysis taking into account the GTEX eQTL data and stabishing a individual risk score. With this approach we would like to overcome the genetic heterogenity that may be introducing a byas in the traditional pathways anbalysis. Next we'll perform a principal component anaysis taking these new data into account. We are interested in the age at onset as a primary output, and any other prognostic score available as secundary result. |
