| Proposed Analysis: | We preformed preliminary analysis on a public-available cohort, and discovered an interesting and surprising connection between TBI and pathological markers of AD. We therefore hope to obtain the data set from ADNI, and perform weighted gene co-expression network analysis (WGCNA) and other analysis to verify our previous results. |
