| Proposed Analysis: | In the present study, we would like to identify differences between mild cognitive impairment (MCI) with Tau (Tau+) and amyloid pathology (Ab+) as assessed with CSF biomarkers, MCI Tau+ Ab-, and MCI Tau- and Ab+. Each participant was/will be assessed with the german version of the CERAD neuropsychological battery (CERAD NB+), with MRI of the head including MP RAGE sequence, with CSF diagnostics and with inflammatory plasma biomarkers. Based on the MRI data, a VBM and SBM analysis should be performed and compared with items of the CERAD-NP+ as well as with levels of the other biomarkers. In order to perform a proper sample size calculation, we would like to perform the VBM and SBM Analysis with ADNI data in advance. |
