| Proposed Analysis: | I am developing algorithms, i.e., semantic networks for multimodal brain image data integration (structural MRI, DTI, rs-fMRI, fdg-PET). I would need patient data, ideally from longitudinal imaging studies, to test these algorithms. The goal is to automatically extrect associated features in multimodal brain images that could hold as biomarkers for the disease states in AD and other dementia, e.g., Levy-body dementia or FTD. I am associate editor of Frontiers in Neuroanatomy and editor and author of the book The Rewiring Brain (Elsevier, 1st edition 2017) and numerous peer-reviewed publication.
