Proposed Analysis: The APOE allele e4 is the best-established genetic risk factor for sporadic AD, and cognitive decline. But the mechanism is not clear. Previous studies have suggested that "overdraft" became in compensations of brain functional network related Apolipoprotein E allele e4 (APOE ε4). "Early mobilization" of brain functional network compensation became in the young APOE ε4 carriers, and " premature consumption " of brain functional network compensation became in the old APOE ε4 carriers. And it found that the depletion of functional network compensatory in APOE ε4 carriers may lead to cognitive decline. Based on the previous studies, a hypothesis is made that "there is the relationship between the "overdraft" of brain functional network compensatory related Apolipoprotein E allele e4 and brain β-amyloid." This study will analyze the results of functional MRI and AV-45 PET in APOE ε4 carriers and non-APOE ε4 carriers in healthy community, through cross-sectional clinical research. The purpose of this study is to verify the hypothesis, and investigate the different mechanisms of APOE ε4 gene effecting on cognitive aging and disease.
