Proposed Analysis: | We performed genome sequencing of 3000 Lewy body dementia cases, 3000 frontotemporal dementia patients, ~5000 Parkinson disease patients and 2000 neurologically healthy controls. We are interested in performing comparative analyses between our data and the ADNI WGS cohort. Further, we plan to use machine learning applications to differentiate neurodegenerative diseases and assess genotype-phenotype correlations. |

Proposed Analysis: | We would like to perform comparative analyses between the ADNI WGS cohort and genome sequence data from patients with ALS/FTD, Parkinson disease, Lewy body dementia, and neurologically healthy individuals. |
