Proposed Analysis:	I will be analyzing the data through FreeSurfer as well as our own recently developed software, QUEST, in order to compare groups in cortical thickness measurements and perform whole brain diffusion tractography. The goal will be to validate our new software by confirming commonly found effects found in FreeSurfer.
