Proposed Analysis: By focusing on the early stage of AD, we explore key techniques of construction of intelligent database, radiomics and deep learning fusion algorithms,based on multimodal imaging including structural magnetic resonance imaging(sMRI), diffusion tensor imaging(DTI),functional MRI(fMRI),and positron emission computed tomography(PET),combined with results of laboratory examination. We will aim at building and applying precise intelligent assessment and prediction systems for early stages of AD.
