Proposed Analysis: Analysis will focus on a novel integration of whole genome sequencing data with clinical variables to construct computational models to 1) discover new genetic risk variants in an unbiased manner and 2) provide a potential tool to clinicians to use for assessing Alzheimer's risk. This will be accomplished through advances in deep learning methodologies that do not require curated feature sets or selected SNVs to train on (as is common with many studies seeking to ascertain relevance of a specific gene to the disease) and will provide an unbiased approach to discovery, that could potentially pick up on interplay of rare variants for which GWAS will not be able to identify due to lack of statistical power of such rare variants.
