Proposed Analysis:	The main aim of our investigation is to analyze APOE4 effects on the cognitive performance of non-demented adults according to amyloid load levels.This might clarify the debate between the "cognitive phenotype" and the "preclinical/prodromal" hypothesis on APOE4 effects in non-demented aged. Our investigation group has previous experience in this field of investigation (see López et al., 2018, APOE epsilon4 Genotype and Cognitive Reserve Effects on the Cognitive Functioning of Healthy Elders, Dement Geriatr Cogn Disord )
