Proposed Analysis: | During my PhD, I developed a new method to measure hippocampal subfields with MRI. I am interested in applying my method to high resolution T2 volumetric images from the AIBL, ADNI, and ADNIDOD databases. I believe that my new method for hippocampal subfield volumetry is a promising potential biomarker for Alzheimer's disease. Access to these databases will help me test this hypothesis in a large cohort of healthy elders, patients with MCI, and patients with Alzheimer's Disease. |
