| Proposed Analysis: | I am going to use the brain imaging dataset in ADNI as an application for a statistical model on longitudinal networks. I am interested in building statistical models to relate multiple brain structural network observations with some phenotype of the subjects. Some goals of the study include (1) select small interpretable subgraphs from the whole brain structural network that are predictive of the outcome (2) evaluate how the effects of the selected subgraphs vary with time and see if we could find an optimal age for subjects to receive a brain scan. |
