| Proposed Analysis: | For the optimal treatment outcome of the deep brain stimulation(DBS) surgery, we are developing a toolbox that will efficiently and effectively visualize DBS electrode trajectory and target. In the project, we are using deep learning methods to better and more precise segment subcortical brain structures that are proven targets for the DBS surgery. To train our convolutional neural network we need as many as possible MRI data. |
