| Proposed Analysis: | We aimed to build aging prediction model based on DTI and cortex thickness, and then to describe the mild traumatic brain injury (mTBI) accelerating brain aging process. In former research, mTBI is inclined to cause AD in the long term. We have collected 638 DTI data for a constant span so far but we also need AD data to deeply excavate the biomarkers in mTBI which could rise up to AD. In additional to larger dataset for our model, the insight concerning the contrast and change between two kinds of groups can also enlighten us to understand both of them in a new perspective. |
