| Proposed Analysis: | We plan to apply our new analysis method of dynamic functional connectivity (using HMM) to resting state fMRI data localized based on MPRAGE structural MR scans. We predict that such slow but dynamic structure of activations in large-scale neural networks will be associated with Alzheimer's disease related pathology. |
