Proposed Analysis: | I plan to use publicly available GWAS summary data from studies of CSF and imaging AD biomarkers to help generate polygenic scores (PGS) for amyloid, tau, and neurodegenerative markers for the proposed ATN classification for AD. I plan to use individual-level data (genomics, CSF biomarkers, and imaging biomarkers) from cohorts at the University of Wisconsin (ADRC and WRAP) and from the ADNI to test the predictive power of the marker PGS to classify a participant's positivity in the different modalities (A: amyloidosis, T: tau pathology, N: neurodegeneration). |
