| Proposed Analysis: | First, I would like to clarify that my background is engineering. Therefore, I am rather unfamiliar with this type of data. Accessing to ADNI data would be a significant first step to start applying my knowledge on this topic. Given my engineering background, I am mostly interested in 1) applying my image processing expertise to automatically analyze the MRI and fMRI data, and 2) applying my machine learning expertise to automatically analyze genetic data. The goal of these analyses would be the identification of monomodal and multimodal biomarkers of AD. |
