| Proposed Analysis: | I work under the PI, Judy Pa. My position is paid for by the "Gender and APOE4 effects on brain morphometry, cognition, and clinical progression to Alzheimer's disease" grant (R01 AG054617-01). This project will leverage existing longitudinal cohorts (ADNI is one of 4 cohorts) from 2800 participants with longitudinal follow-up visits to evaluate gender X APOE4 interactions on changes in brain morphometry, cognitive function, and clinical diagnosis, using cohorts enriched for APOE4 homozygotes. |
