| Proposed Analysis: | The goal of our research group is to support medical researches during the image-derived disease-related hypotheses generation process. Thus, we want to develop a visual research platform presenting all given patient-specific information as well as the image-derived features using methods from visual analytics and statistical analysis. In this context, guidance is provided to assist users in finding relevant structures and comparable patient cohorts. Furthermore, the image-derived features shall be extracted using neural networks. |
