| Proposed Analysis: | I would like to use the ADNI database to create a project idea for my final capstone course in my Data Analytics program at Ryerson University. I would like to explore the potential change of the normal population, EMCI and LMCI cognitive assessment scores as well compare them to the dementia/AD. I would also explore the clinical function during each phase of the study. My focus would be the memory and clinical function biomarkers. I would be different data analytics tools such as R for the statistical analysis and SQL to explore the data. |
