| Proposed Analysis: | Our group would like to deploy a variational-autoencoder-based machine learning framework to the structural data of ADNI. The framework is a unified classification and regression approach and it can automatically depict latent manifold that the data lie on. With regard to the ADNI dataset, we hope to use our framework to find a structural change path across NC, MCI and AD. |
