| Proposed Analysis: | I am interested in the brain atrophy and the connectivity changes. I am working with analyzing diffusion tensor imaging and resting state functional MRI. I have recently interested in the relationship between the agent orange and the brain atrophy. I have collected the serial data of MRI in subjects with the exposure of the agent orange. I want to know the difference between AD /control subject and the subjects with the exposure of the agent orange. For the further process, I need the dataset for resting state functional MRI, T1 structural MRI (for registration) , fieldmaps (for correction using FSL) and diffusion tensor imaging.
