| Proposed Analysis: | I'm working on MS lipidomics in collaboration with professor Peter Meikle (Baker IDI Institute, Melbourne, AUS). I'm looking to perform a machine-learning-based lipidomic profiling of the ADNI cohort. I will construct a self-organizing map (SOM) that distributes each individual in the cohort onto a map so that they cluster according to lipidome similarty. This will allow a completely unique way to look at the population-level associations of clinical features and the lipidome. |
