| Proposed Analysis: | The planned use of ADNI data is to build an algorithm to understand complex medical images and identify abnormalities automatically. There are challenges for automatic image understanding in medical domain because human expertise is still essential in providing truly meaningful interpretations of image semantics. Our goal is to integrate data from multiple modalities including pixel-level image features, experts' image viewing behavior, and their verbal narrations to improve the efficiency of automatic image understanding. The ultimate goal is to assist diagnostic decision making. |
