Proposed Analysis:	We proposed a hybrid Ontology Based Fuzzy Clinical Decision Support System (OBFCDSS) to support physicians in Alzheimer diagnosis problem. This work combines fuzzy logic and ontology to have the both capabilities of representing semantic knowledge and reasoning with vagueness.
