| Proposed Analysis: | We will consider different transfer learning approaches and approaches to handle multimodal data for the classification of neurodegenarative syndromes. We are working with different convolutional neural network architectures, which will be evaluated as part of this project. The analysis of transfer learning approaches is intended to provide a guideline, which weight initializations are usefull for which syndrome and for the multiclass classification. For the evaluation of this approaches we will use different datasets. The consideration of approaches for the handling of multimodal data addresses especially the problem of incomplete datasets. We collaborate for this project with the Charitee Berlin and the Fraunhofer Institute. |
