| Proposed Analysis: | The general aim of our project is to study the effect of gender on AD biomarkers. The especific aims are: 1) To estimate the prevalence of each of the core biomarkers categories (ATN) throughout age and test whether this prevalence is modified by the effect of gender. 2)To determine the association between each fluid biomarker with age, cognitive and neuroimaging measures, and test whether these associations are modified by the effect of gender. 3)To test the association of AD risk factors and primary pathology (as measured by core biomarkers) and other biomarkers.And to test whether this association is modified by the effect of gender. |
