| Proposed Analysis: | We propose to train a 3D convolutional network on ADNI data for early detection of Alzheimer's. We also hope to use the final trained network as a pre-trained model for analysis in other fields for which not as many data samples exist. For example, we have a small dataset of paired CT-MRI scans, and having a pre-trained model to learn basic features of MRI scans would be useful for analysis of that data. |
