Proposed Analysis:	The objectives of the study are to evaluate the correlation among AD biomarkers including CSF (Ab42, Ab40, Tau, pTau), PET (amyloid), MRI (hippocampal volume) and popular psychometric tests (e.g., MMSE, boston naming test, digital symbol, logical memory delayed recall) and and partial correlation among these markers and tests adjusting for demographic and genetic characteristics (age, sex, APOE, education, BMI, family history). We are interested in the overall correlation as well as the correlation in subpopulations of interest.
